Remote Vice President of BPO Sales
to lead our global sales strategy and drive revenue growth. This executive role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in BPO sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and manage a high-performing remote sales team across multiple regions. Identify and secure new business opportunities in the BPO and call center space. Foster long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with company goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven success in managing remote sales teams and achieving aggressive targets. Strong understanding of BPO services, customer service, and outsourcing models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
