What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own and manage catering sales performance within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth
Identify and pursue new catering opportunities through direct outreach and community engagement
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business
Develop and implement localized sales strategies aligned with company goals
Track sales activity and maintain accurate reporting on outreach and territory performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Outside sales experience calling on both existing and new clients
Proven ability to achieve sales goals through personal effort and strong relationship building
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to analyze market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Experience in multi-unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly adapt to new systems or sales tools
Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
