What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Listen to and analyze the financial situations of customers to provide tailored financial solutions
Build rapport with potential clients and connect quickly to understand their needs
Close deals and negotiate effectively to meet customer objectives
Handle a high volume of phone calls while maintaining exceptional communication
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications)
Energetic and outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Valid SAFE and State license or certification strongly preferred
Sales experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
College degree preferred, but not mandatory
Proven track record in sales and closing deals
Experience in the mortgage industry or related fields
Strong ability to identify and meet customer goals
Previous experience in a remote work environment
