Immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Inside Sales Department

This is a full-time, hourly position.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Requirements
Excellent communication and multitasking skills, professional phone manner, a positive attitude, strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; Access a plus
High school diploma required; College experience a plus
At least 2 years of experience in an office setting including customer service, order processing, invoicing, packing lists, assisting in shipping arrangements and maintaining a filing system
Must be able to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
Job Duties
Answer incoming sales calls from customers and outside sales personnel
Assist in shipping arrangements
Complete various office tasks as assigned such as filing and data entry
