Remote Call Center Representative
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Location: 100% Remote (Equipment Provided)
Work Environment & Schedule
100% remote—all equipment provided.
Call center operates 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST; candidates must be open to shifts in this window.
Training is for 6 weeks: 9 AM – 6 PM Monday through Friday.
Common shifts include:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Additional shifts may be assigned based on business needs (including 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST).
Must be comfortable working one Saturday per month (morning shift), with a compensatory day off during the week.
Responsibilities
Make high‑volume outbound calls through our automated dialer on specific mortgage‑related customer campaigns.
Handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, and route inquiries to the appropriate internal departments.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining a professional, friendly tone.
Follow scripted talking points while adapting communication style to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain productivity standards and performance goals in a fast‑paced call center environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
1–2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required.
Strong outbound dialing experience with the ability to comfortably handle rejection.
Background in mortgage, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.
Experience in telemarketing, collections, timeshare, or high‑volume phone sales is a plus.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
