Job Title: Production Designer
Location: Santa Monica, CA & North Hollywood, CA (4 day onsite per week)
Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $30 - $35 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce visual assets for events, presentations, and branded experiences
Create event graphics and materials, including on-screen presentation graphics (PowerPoint, Keynote, G Slides), signage, and printed collateral
Develop layouts for print and digital materials, including posters, booklets, social graphics, presentation decks, website graphics, and email signatures
Support creative production needs for events, including preparing signage, updating presentation slides, and making design adjustments as needed
Maintain strong typography standards and visual consistency across all projects
Prepare organized, production-ready files for print and digital distribution
Collaborate with the Art Director and creative team to execute design concepts
Coordinate with vendors and production partners when necessary
Assist with light motion graphics or animation when appropriate
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of professional design experience or equivalent portfolio
Strong typography and layout skill
Proficiency in Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience designing presentation decks using PowerPoint, Keynote, G Slides, or Canva
Ability to design for both print and digital formats
Strong attention to detail and production file organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and communication skill
