Contractor Product Owner for Digital Solutions

Join our innovative Digital & eCommerce team as a Contractor Product Owner, where you will be instrumental in enhancing our search capabilities and implementing cutting-edge AI features using ElasticSearch. This is an exciting opportunity to impact over 2 million customers and 150,000 products globally by improving customer experiences through efficient product search and personalized recommendations. In this role, you will define the strategy and roadmap while assuming full responsibility for your product domain, with guidance from the Senior Product Manager or Head of Product. Key Responsibilities: Craft a compelling product vision and roadmap for search and AI features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate ElasticSearch capabilities seamlessly into our product offerings. Own the end-to-end product outcomes for search functionalities, driving project success. Work closely with UX designers, engineers, and marketing teams to implement the product vision and achieve a seamless user experience. Develop detailed requirements at an epic level that support overarching initiatives, crafting user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Proactively identify risks and variances to plans, devising strategies for mitigation to ensure successful project delivery. Key Accountabilities: Design a frictionless search experience that enhances customer outcomes and boosts engagement. Lead the implementation of AI-driven features leveraging ElasticSearch for enhanced product exploration and recommendations. Voice of the Customer: Become the authority on customer journeys and market dynamics concerning search functionalities. Drive continuous discovery activities to adapt product strategy in response to evolving customer needs and technological advancements.
