What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and needs through data analysis and research

Transform raw customer data into actionable insights that enhance customer experience and loyalty

Collect and analyze data from various company systems, applying statistical tools and predictive models

Present findings to stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies with customer needs and improve satisfaction scores

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's is a plus)

2-3 years of experience in customer insight or data analytics

Strong SQL skills, capable of writing complex queries and ensuring data accuracy

Proficiency in Excel and statistical tools (Knime, Python, R, SPSS, etc.)

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Certifications in SQL and analytics

Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting complex findings clearly

Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail

Adaptability and curiosity regarding market trends and emerging tools
