As we expand our Information Assurance & Cybersecurity Solutions practice, we invite experienced candidates in CMMC or FedRAMP to apply for the position of Cybersecurity CMMC Assessment Leader. This role offers flexibility, with options to work from various offices or remotely for the right candidate, consistent with our delivery needs. As a key player in advancing our CMMC practice, you will engage in a range of activities across consulting, governance, readiness assessments, risk management, and remediation efforts for clients focused on: CMMC FedRAMP, StateRAMP, TXRAMP NIST (NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53) If you possess a proactive learning attitude, excel in managing clients and projects, and are eager to contribute to a growing team, we would love to speak with you! Daily Responsibilities: In this capacity, you will lead consulting and attestation services by: Managing project resources in collaboration with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers, and other team members. Driving internal growth through relationship-building and participating in sales presentations. Steering project management efforts to ensure quality control and proper planning, execution, and direction on all deliverables. Communicating project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, focusing on engagement outcomes and financials. Identifying opportunities for process improvement in project delivery. Supporting attestation and certification service delivery through robust work papers and report drafting. Maintaining a strong client focus by building productive relationships with client personnel. Juggling multiple clients and compliance standards while maintaining close attention to detail. Participating in marketing and sales initiatives, including media development and presentations. Mentoring team members on CMMC and other standards while collaborating with offshore resources where applicable. Utilizing your expertise to coach others on innovative compliance strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Accounting. Relevant professional certification (CMMC CCA or passed CCA pending). 4+ years of experience in controls assessments or consulting, including leading implementations and attestation services for CMMC or FedRAMP. Willingness to learn about compliance standards in a consulting environment. Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills. The salary for this position ranges from $117,600 to $165,000, with total rewards reflecting various factors such as experience and geographic location.
