Role Description Lamm Properties is seeking a motivated commercial real estate broker or junior agent interested in specializing in
industrial real estate .
This is an independent contractor role based in the Tampa Bay region with the flexibility to work remotely. The position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in brokerage and develop relationships with industrial property owners, tenants, and investors.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include:
Prospecting and developing relationships with industrial property owners and businesses
Identifying leasing and acquisition opportunities for clients
Assisting with industrial property marketing and leasing assignments
Conducting market research and underwriting opportunities
Negotiating lease and sale transactions
Supporting clients through due diligence, contracts, and closing
Agents will gain exposure to transactions involving warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and industrial outside storage properties throughout the Tampa Bay market.
Qualifications
Active Florida Real Estate License (or pursuing licensure)
Strong interest in commercial or industrial real estate
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects
Tampa Bay market familiarity is a plus
