Commercial Real Estate Associate
with 3+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
Handle commercial leasing transactions
Assist with financing and development projects
Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions
Advise clients on zoning, land use, and development matters
Qualifications
3+ years of commercial real estate experience
Strong transactional drafting skills
Virginia bar admission required or ability to waive into the VA bar
What the Firm Offers
1750 billable hour target
Hybrid work schedule (2 days remote)
