What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive sales pipeline and grow existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services
Collaborate with Medline Sales Leaders to execute key strategies and conduct business reviews
Train sales teams on customer needs and prepare technical/clinical proposals
Manage all phases of product trials and provide ongoing customer support
Conduct market research to identify trends and provide feedback for product improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field
Minimum of 4 years in product management, product development, or sales, including at least 2 years in product sales
Proven ability to execute sales marketing strategies and analyze market trends
Experience in developing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of traveling up to 75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues in a sales context
Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
Familiarity with communications planning and implementation strategies
