Outside Sales Representatives
to join our Machine Sales Team covering the Maryland territory. This role focuses on selling new equipment, used equipment, and heavy rental solutions to construction, industrial, and commercial customers.
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission structure, along with a negotiable income guarantee while you build your sales pipeline and territory.
This is a field-based, territory-driven role designed for motivated sales professionals who thrive on building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a defined Maryland sales territory
Sell new and used heavy equipment along with rental solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, construction firms, and industrial clients
Conduct job site visits and customer consultations
Prepare equipment quotes, proposals, and financing options
Negotiate pricing and close high-value sales
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline reporting
Collaborate with internal service and parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Required:
5+ years of outside/territory sales experience
Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, industrial machinery, or equipment rental sales
Strong prospecting and business development skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close high-dollar transactions
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Maryland
