Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shawn Kreifels - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
