Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional development.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software.
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
