Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, guiding clients through the loan application process, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, or related fields Strong understanding of various loan products such as FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and Reverse Mortgages Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with clients and teams Ability to generate leads, close sales deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets Understanding of mortgage industry regulations and compliance requirements Basic proficiency with CRM tools and financial software Self-motivated with effective time management and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or relevant certifications in finance or business is a plus
