What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Strive to exceed monthly revenue quotas and drive sales growth
Identify prospective customers and convert leads into sales while collaborating with clients to understand their needs
Coordinate the sales process with marketing and Sales Engineers for product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and pricing with the Regional Sales Director or Chief Commercial Officer
Maintain customer details in the CRM system and partner with marketing to refine sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an account executive in the medical device industry
Previous experience in sleep medicine sales, particularly in home sleep testing
Strong clinical aptitude, business acumen, and a proven track record of closing business in health systems
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude for teamwork
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Healthcare Software as a Medical Device or SaaS sales
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Previous experience in a startup or technology company
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, and a commitment to the mission of improving healthcare
