Responsibilities
Build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term retention
Proactively evaluate property needs and coordinate timely, effective solutions
Lead, coach, and motivate landscape crews to consistently deliver high‑quality, on‑time service
Prepare and present proposals for landscape enhancements projects
Represent Western Landscape Inc. at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and grow our presence
Qualifications
2+ years of account management experience, preferably in landscaping or a related field
1–2 years of experience managing crews or personnel
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly organized, proactive, and results‑driven
Spanish language skills and industry certifications are a plus
Compensation Join a team where your performance truly pays off! Earn a competitive
$75,000–$90,000
base salary, plus
$10,000–$20,000
in uncapped commission, bringing your total earning potential to
$85,000–$110,000+ per year .
