
Regional Sales Manager - EMEA

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our EMEA sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong pipeline, and executing a disciplined go-to-market strategy across the region. The ideal candidate brings a proven ability to lead high‑performing sales teams while working cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and partner teams to accelerate growth.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will translate company strategy into clear regional execution plans, establish strong sales processes, and ensure consistent performance against revenue goals. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can coach sales representatives, improve pipeline quality, and help scale a repeatable sales motion in a fast‑paced software environment. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a data‑driven mindset and a passion for building scalable sales organizations.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for the EMEA region
Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across new and existing accounts
Implement disciplined sales processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
Work closely with marketing to ensure effective lead generation and demand creation programs
Partner with product and leadership teams to align go‑to‑market strategies with market opportunities
Establish clear performance expectations and support team members in consistently achieving quota targets
Identify emerging market opportunities and refine regional sales strategies to capture them
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting through CRM systems
Build strong relationships with key customers and partners across the region
Qualifications
5+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise or B2B software
Demonstrated success managing and developing high‑performing sales teams
Proven ability to build pipeline and drive revenue growth in competitive markets
Experience implementing structured sales processes and forecasting methodologies
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales metrics and performance data
Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and executive leadership
