Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Area Sales Manager – Pumps (Aftermarket). The Area Sales Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the aftermarket sector, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing sales accounts, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research to identify trends, attending industry events, and providing feedback to improve products and services. The Employee’s region is generally defined as TN, AR, MS & LA for Aftermarket opportunities. Additional projects may be assigned beyond these borders based on specific requirements and benefits to the company.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Pumps, Rotating Machinery, and Aftermarket Services.

Skills in Sales Strategy Development, Account Management, and Business Development.

Ability to conduct Market Research, Analyze Industry Trends, and Identify Opportunities.

Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation.

Familiarity with engineering concepts and equipment performance optimization.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience is a plus.

Willingness to travel as required for client visits, events, and meetings.
