About The Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented junior textile designer to join our growing team. This designer will work primarily from our office in Gardena, CA.
What You'll Do
Design fabric for the quilting and home‑sewing industry
Create repeatable patterns
Re‑color coordinating designs
Design chops for batiks
Colour‑correct samples
Prepare design printouts and electronic files
Finish and print collections
Check strike‑offs
Who You Are
Strong drawing skills
Familiarity with creating repeatable patterns for textile design
Understanding of color palettes
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Macs
Flexibility, ability to manage multiple projects and a willingness to collaborate
BFA Degree in textile, illustration or related studio art is desired
Experience with sewing is a plus!
