Position: Digital Print Technician
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Pay: Up to $29.68/hr.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Print Technician to support our printing department by managing production, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality output. This role is ideal for candidates with digital printing experience, technical aptitude, and strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate high-speed, production-level printers to produce forms, letters, manuals, brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
Monitor print jobs and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines.
Perform basic printer maintenance, including cleaning, replacing toner, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
Inspect variable data print jobs for accuracy and proper formatting.
Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure all printed materials meet standards.
Enter production and inventory data into computerized print management systems.
Order, distribute, and maintain printing supplies to support department operations.
Support administrative tasks as assigned within the printing department.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital printing or related field.
Background in graphic design preferred.
Technical skills for operating multi-functional printers and software devices.
Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain printing equipment independently.
