What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers through their automotive accessories purchasing experience via calls, texts, emails, and online chats
Make outbound calls and send text messages to follow up on sales leads and close sales
Provide product knowledge and suggestions for automotive accessories to enhance customer vehicles
Process orders, returns, and inquiries efficiently while meeting performance expectations
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and address service-related issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
Excellent sales ability and proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Must reside in designated states: PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual skills are a plus
Previous experience in sales or customer service within the automotive industry
