Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet.
Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
