Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves
Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork
Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction
Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
100% drug free
Excellent customer service skills; effective listening and communication
Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs
Strong computer skills
