In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing individual income tax returns, approving refunds, and reviewing documentation submitted by the customer. You will also be receiving calls from customers and troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Ability to interpret and apply tax laws, policies, and procedures
Detail oriented and good organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma or high school equivalency and 4 years of experience.
