Proficient in delivering outstanding Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Experienced in managing end-to-end Customer Experience and developing positive relationships Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse client needs Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid working environment Proficiency in English, with bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) being a strong asset Prior experience in the insurance industry and able to work with Ezylinx .
