Overview North Reading Subaru is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy and professional parts department. Job Responsibilities
Assist retail and wholesale customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts and accessories
Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery
Maintain accurate inventory records and parts organization
Process orders, returns, and warranty parts with attention to detail
Provide exceptional customer service at the counter on the phone, and via email
What We're Looking For
Prior automotive parts experience (Subaru experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
Familiarity with parks software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) preferred
Valid Drivers License
