Mortgage Loan Partner
and play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our borrowers and realtor partners. We're seeking candidates with relevant experience in the mortgage industry to assist our dedicated Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager. Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include: Delivering Exceptional Service from Contract to Close
Preparing and sending disclosures to borrowers alongside an updated Needs List and ensuring document return within 48 hours. Conducting a comprehensive Quality Control review upon receipt of final paperwork, ensuring all documents match the checklist, organizing assets/income, and turning files into processing within 24 hours. Introducing new contracts to realtors via email and coordinating warm calls from the Loan Originator to both agents. Providing Tuesday status updates to realtors.
Ensuring Timely Document Submission to Closing
Conducting productive weekly status calls and participating in pipeline meetings with processors. Preparing a Pre-Close Checklist with the client 48 hours before closing and attending the closing if the Loan Originator cannot (15 minutes max). Obtaining all conditions through follow-up calls.
Working with Clients
Researching client scenarios in accordance with underwriting and investor guidelines. Assisting the Loan Originator in contacting borrowers to set up face-to-face appointments.
This position does not involve loan origination. MLO License required in all states where assistance is provided. Minimum one year of experience in the mortgage industry. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Work Environment/Physical Demands:
This position requires sitting for extended periods and using office equipment and computers, which may lead to muscle and eye strain. The role necessitates reporting to the licensed branch location during working hours to support the Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager.
