Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of receiving functions and associated documentation. Safely and efficiently operate machinery such as balers, compactors, and forklifts. Enhance sales potential by implementing effective product receiving procedures. Keep the receiving area clean and organized to meet company standards. Notify Managers and Buyers about any discrepancies in received products. Ensure accuracy by verifying contents against invoices and orders. Participate in necessary training sessions and obtain required certifications for equipment usage. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. Reliability and flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 60 lbs and operate a pallet jack for heavier items. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and leadership. Basic math skills and computer knowledge are essential.
