
Junior Motion Graphics Artist

Aspect is seeking a Junior Motion Graphics Artist to join our award-winning motion graphics team.
The Junior Motion Graphics Artist will partner closely with our motion graphics team, including Art Directors and Creative Directors, to support a wide range of campaigns. The primary focus will be on executing, adapting, and versioning motion graphics assets across trailers, TV spots, digital, and social content. They will ensure every piece is polished, on‑brand, and built to perform across platforms.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented and loves motion design. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within established workflows in After Effects and Cinema 4D and can skillfully adapt text, layouts and animation systems across a high volume of deliverables while maintaining both creative excellence and technical accuracy.
Applicants are required to submit a portfolio of work samples. Finalists will be invited to complete a brief skills assessment.
Responsibilities
Execute and version motion graphics for trailers, TV commercials, social media, and digital campaigns
Adapt existing creative across multiple formats, sizes, languages, and delivery specifications
Work from established templates in After Effects and Cinema 4D to produce large sets of deliverables efficiently
Maintain organized project files and adhere to strict studio naming conventions and workflows
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and technical quality across all versions and deliverables
Perform quality control checks before final delivery
Collaborate with designers, motion artists, and producers to meet deadlines and production needs
Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately while maintaining project organization
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in motion graphics production, versioning, or localization workflows
Strong problem‑solving skills with an aptitude for independent learning
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and file management practices
Ability to follow established templates, pipelines, and instructions while working efficiently
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
Ability to manage multiple versions and deliverables under tight deadlines
Understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, and motion principles
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field is a plus

Location North Hollywood Office - Hybrid Schedule (In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
