Based in the heart of the LA Fashion District, we’re a fast-growing B2B apparel company behind popular brands like
Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses.
What you will do :
Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
Ensure product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and optimized.
Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates and provide insights to improve results.
Process online orders and coordinate with shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues professionally.
Collaborate with marketing and visual teams on e-commerce campaigns and promotions.
Conduct competitor research and stay updated on e-commerce trends.
Monitor website functionality and coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues.
What we're looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum
3 years of E-commerce experience , preferably in the
apparel industry .
Experience with platforms such as
Shopify, Magento, or similar systems .
Strong understanding of
SEO, digital marketing, and online customer experience .
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
Microsoft 365 and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop .
