Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and advance solutions
Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in developing digital strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose digital strategies for key initiatives
Oversee a backlog that aligns with engineering capacity and digital solutions roadmap
Lead Agile ceremonies and collaboration meetings with technology teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required (4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product management, content management, or related fields
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, sharing responsibility and accountability
Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 and SharePoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with conversational AI and data literacy
Familiarity with product execution and stakeholder coordination
Background in user experience consulting
