Job Summary The Order Analyst is responsible for the accurate entry, management, and coordination of customer orders to ensure timely product ordering and installation scheduling. This role serves as a key operational partner to builders, account representatives, and internal teams by ensuring job information is complete, accurate, and processed within established timelines. The Order Analyst plays a critical role in supporting builder satisfaction by maintaining high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to Atlanta West Carpet policies and workflow procedures.

Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and maintain customer orders in the system using information from web portals, phone calls, emails, or bid sheets from AWC account representatives.

Enter and manage customer orders in RFMS/Measure, ensuring all job details, materials, and specifications are accurately recorded.

Communicate daily with builder field teams to ensure job expectations and timelines are met.

Respond to builder requests within established service standards (initial response within 4 hours; resolution within 48 hours).

Submit VPO/EPO requests for additional labor needs such as grinding, floor preparation, or jobsite conditions.

Manage multiple active orders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.

Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, installation, and field teams to ensure materials, scheduling, and job information align with builder timelines.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, installation, and field teams

Ability to read and interpret floor plans, builder specifications, and job documentation

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting residential construction, flooring, cabinetry, or builder operations preferred.

Experience using RFMS, Measure, or similar order management systems strongly preferred
