Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Santa Monica, CA. As a Business Development Specialist, you will focus on generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and building key client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, assist in developing tailored solutions for prospective clients, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The role also includes client outreach and consistently meeting set business development targets. Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and experience with using data to identify trends and opportunities Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and engage prospective clients Customer Service orientation to provide support and maintain high levels of client satisfaction Proactive mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
