What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the development of innovative product concepts that address unmet consumer needs and support portfolio growth
Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging consumer needs through analysis of category trends and consumer insights
Develop learning plans to validate innovation concepts through consumer research and concept testing
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a multi‑year innovation pipeline aligned with strategic growth priorities
Manage projects through stage gate and commercialization processes to ensure successful launches
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 5 years of work experience within the Consumer‑Packaged Goods Industry, with at least 2 years in Brand Management focused on Innovation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
Proven ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization
Deep understanding of P&L drivers, pricing, trade, and portfolio management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA strongly preferred
Experience in developing and commercializing new products and platforms
Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action, creativity, and resourcefulness
Comfort operating in fast‑moving or ambiguous environments
