Digital Marketing Manager We are seeking a

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable business results. This role will oversee digital strategy, campaign management, and analytics while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and analytical with proven experience delivering high-performing digital marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels including email, social media, paid search, display, SEO, and content marketing.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, product, and analytics) to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective.

Oversee digital marketing tools and platforms to ensure efficient campaign execution and tracking.

Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Mentor and guide junior digital marketing staff, fostering professional development and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing a plus.

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy, campaign management, and analytics.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries preferred but not required.

Compensation Range $65,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
