An integrated marketing and customer experience consultancy is seeking a
Graphic Design Lead
to help drive branding and visual design initiatives across a range of client engagements. This role will lead creative projects from concept through execution while partnering closely with clients, leadership, and cross‑functional teams.
The Lead Designer will oversee projects end-to-end while serving as a primary creative partner to clients. This person will bring strong branding expertise, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to guide junior designers while maintaining a high creative standard across deliverables.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with minimal oversight, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and translating strategy into polished design solutions across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design initiatives from concept through final execution across brand and marketing projects
Translate brand systems across multiple channels including presentation decks, digital campaigns, and print collateral
Serve as the primary creative lead and client‑facing design partner on assigned projects
Present creative work to clients and stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including strategy, account, and program management
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
Maintain high creative standards across all deliverables
Mentor and guide junior designers while providing creative direction and feedback
Support or direct photo and video shoots when needed
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and elevate creative processes
Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment
Strong portfolio showcasing branding systems and multi‑channel design work
Expertise in typography, layout, and visual systems
Experience presenting creative work and leading client conversations
Experience mentoring or overseeing junior designers
Strong understanding of print production and file preparation
Tools & Technical Skills Required:
Figma
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong digital design background
Preferred:
Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Google Slides
Experience designing presentation decks and multi‑channel marketing materials
Compensation $85,000 - $125,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications.
