Job Description "Meet the Press with Kristen Welker,” the longest-running television show in history, is looking for an

Executive Assistant

with exceptional research skills and attention to detail. This person should have a demonstrated passion for politics and a professional initiative to support the brand across its platforms.

Responsibilities

Support the Moderator and Executive Producer with scheduling and expenses

Support team with administrative coordination and planning

Book travel as needed

Produce guest research and write questions for “Meet the Press” Moderator and Producers

Generate and pitch show ideas and program guests

Assist with show production, including graphics and tape elements, as needed

Assist with broadcast guests

Assist with show transcription efforts

Produce content for show website and social media platforms

Work closely with Executive Producer, Moderator, Senior Producer, and Producers

Effectively collaborate with show staff

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in an administrative and/or production-based role preferred

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience

Must be willing to work in Washington, D.C.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Must be available to work Saturdays & Sundays, as well as evenings and holidays as required

Additional Requirements

Hybrid:

This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary $29.08/hr
