How You Will Make An Impact BSN SPORTS is hiring a Sr. Business Analyst - Sales Ops to join our team at our Headquarters in Farmers Branch, TX and serve in one of the most dynamic industries in the world: sports. As a part of the BSN Team, your work will have an impact on so many individuals from youth leagues and schools to corporate offices by increasing pride and community spirit.
The Senior Business Analyst – Sales Operations is a strategic analytics partner to the Sales team, including sales support, sales operations and sales enablement. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building business cases and financial models, supporting planning and forecasting, and delivering executive-ready Tableau reporting that informs key commercial decisions. This role sits within Sales Operations and serves as a bridge between strategy, analytics, and execution to improve sales productivity, expand margins, and drive profitable growth.
What You Will Do Commercial & Sales Analytics
Serve as the primary analytics partner to Sales Operations and Sales Leadership
Analyze sales performance & identify risks, trends, and upside opportunities in sales performance
Business Case Development & Financial Modeling
Build ROI models for sales initiatives, pricing, compensation changes, and technology investments
Perform scenario and sensitivity modeling to evaluate outcomes
Partner with Finance on assumptions and validation
Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecast cycles
Develop standardized KPIs and performance scorecards
Support capacity and headcount modeling
Reporting & Tableau Development
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for executives, sales leaders, and field management
Automate recurring performance reporting
Ensure accuracy and data governance
Data Management & Enablement
Partner with IT to integrate CRM, ERP, and other data sources, as needed
Validate data pipelines and reconcile discrepancies
Cross-Functional Decision Support
Support initiatives across Sales & present insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau
Strong financial modeling and executive communication skills
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Executive-level communication skills
Ownership mindset
Ability to operate in fast-paced environments
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
3–6+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Commercial Analytics, or Business Analytics
Distribution or B2B commercial analytics experience preferred
Experience with Snowflake or Python preferred
