At CableCom, LLC, as a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team you’ll lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems and ensure everyone follows safety protocols and project timelines.

Job Type: Full Time Pay Range: $24 - $30/hr Wage Range for Foreman Telecom Underground: $24.00 - $30.00 Benefits

What You’ll Do
Lead crews to meet project timelines Help with training of crew members Read and understand blueprints Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues Safely use heavy equipment and machinery Perform work in all weather conditions Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need
To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company A valid driver’s license High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred At least two years of related telecom/CATV underground labor experience Ability to read CATV blueprints Experience with dry utility placement, underground enclosure placement, coaxial cable placement, fiber optics pushing/pulling Previous Foreman/leadership experience preferred Comfortable working at heights up to 30 ft. Physical Abilities & Exposures
Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse Why Work With Us
