Fulfillment Associate

About Mixed by Nasrin Mixed by Nasrin is a direct-to-consumer women’s fashion brand based in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. We design, produce, and ship our own collections. Our studio serves as our headquarters for design, operations, fulfillment, and content production. We are a small, fast-moving team building together.
About the Role We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our studio team on a part-time basis (18-30 hours per week, 3-5 days). This role is hands‑on: you will pick and pack customer orders, receive and process incoming inventory, and support general studio operations. The right person is a team player with a positive attitude who takes pride in getting things done accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
Receive incoming inventory shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and organize stock
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and studio space
Process returns and exchanges per company procedures
Label, tag, and prepare products for storage or shipment
Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
Support general studio tasks as needed (light cleaning, supply runs, workspace setup)
Communicate order or inventory issues to the operations team promptly
Requirements
Ability to commute to the Brooklyn Navy Yard 3–5 days per week (required)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in across tasks
Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ecommerce order fulfillment or warehouse operations
Familiarity with ShipStation or similar shipping/fulfillment software
Previous experience in a DTC, fashion, or retail environment
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
On-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard studio, 3–5 days per week (M-F)
Hourly rate: $20–$22, commensurate with experience
Schedule coordinated with the operations team based on order volume and studio needs
