Position Summary
Lead the enterprise governance & risk management strategy for our global independent contractor earnings ecosystem, ensuring regulatory integrity, control excellence, and scalable oversight. This Director role shapes policy, risk management, and operating standards that promote accountability, audit readiness, and responsible engagement in the gig economy while enabling sustainable growth across markets.

What you'll do...
Define and operationalize the global governance framework / operating model for contractor earnings.
Lead enterprise risk assessments and oversee controls testing to ensure regulatory and audit readiness.
Establish policies, standards, and decision-rights frameworks that clarify accountability across stakeholders.
Implement governance reporting, KPIs, and monitoring mechanisms to measure compliance effectiveness.
Drive cross-functional alignment to embed governance, transparency, and control discipline at scale.
What you'll bring...
10+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, audit, or enterprise strategy roles.
Demonstrated success designing and scaling enterprise control frameworks in regulated environments.
Expertise in contractor earnings, tax reporting, or financial operations compliance.
Experience leading audit engagements, regulatory exams, or enterprise-wide controls programs.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and partners.
