What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage incoming social media responses and community engagement to ensure consistency in timing, tone, and voice

Develop storytelling opportunities to humanize the employer's brand through multimedia content

Create content with measurable results and help maintain social media reporting methods

Utilize social media management tools for publishing, reporting, and monitoring

Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 1-2 years of social media experience

Strong writing skills with the ability to capture the employer's brand voice

Understanding of the 24/7 nature of social media and flexibility to engage outside business hours

Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to elevate issues appropriately

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field preferred

Experience with social media management tools
