Product Designer

Valorx, Inc., Pleasanton, CA, United States

About the Role Valorx is looking for a

Product Designer

to help shape complex, high-impact enterprise SaaS products. This is not a marketing, website, or branding role — you’ll be designing

real product userflows

used daily by customers inside business-critical systems. You’ll work closely with Product Management and Engineering to turn ambiguous problems into elegant, scalable, and intuitive product experiences. We value

speed with thoughtfulness

— someone who can explore multiple design options quickly, but still sweat the details. If you enjoy owning problems end-to-end and designing for power users, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Partner closely with Product Managers to translate product requirements and user problems into thoughtful design solutions

Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and workflow reviews to understand real user behavior

Create personas, user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity designs for complex product scenarios

Design intuitive, scalable UI patterns for enterprise users working with dense data and workflows

Iterate quickly based on feedback from PMs, engineers, and real customers

Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, well‑implemented, and polished

Contribute to and evolve the design system to maintain consistency and speed across the product

Advocate for usability, accessibility, and user-centered decision‑making throughout the product lifecycle

What You Bring

A strong portfolio demonstrating product design work (not just visual UI or marketing designs)

Experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS products with complex workflows

Proficiency with Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, design systems)

Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles

Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional teams with PMs and engineers

Ability to balance speed, quality, and clarity — especially under tight timelines

Comfort presenting design rationale and tradeoffs to stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience designing data‑heavy interfaces

Familiarity with developer handoff best practices and design QA

Prior experience working with enterprise customers or internal tools
