Overview
The Marketing Specialist is the driving force behind the firm’s brand visibility, digital presence, and brokerage support across North Florida. This role blends creative thinking with hands‑on production, serving as the connective tissue between the brokerage team and the Listing Intake Specialist. This high‑impact position will help support integral company processes, and will also allow you to grow and evolve in your role as our in‑house Marketing champion. You will help shape the firm’s public presence, elevate the quality of our marketing collateral, and ensure our digital footprint reflects the strength of our brokerage. You’ll also have the opportunity to help capture and showcase our company culture. Key Responsibilities
Digital Presence & Content Management
Oversee the firm’s digital content ecosystem, ensuring all collateral is consistent, on‑brand, and compelling. Maintain a consistent cadence and efficient turnaround times for broker needs; aerials, brochures, and other collateral Collaborate with brokers and Marketing Coordinator to translate deal activity, wins, and market intelligence into digital storytelling. Lead the production of investor‑grade Offering Memorandums (OMs), leasing brochures, pitch decks, and proposal materials. Use Buildout, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRE platforms to produce polished, data‑driven marketing assets. Partner closely with the Listing Intake Specialist to ensure all listings are accurately represented and visually aligned with the firm’s brand standards. Maintain a library of templates, brand assets, and design systems for internal use. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Work with brokers and Marketing Coordinators to produce quarterly market reports, trend summaries, and PR‑ready insights. Support brokers with research‑driven content for proposals, presentations, and client communications. Identify opportunities for the firm to position itself as the local authority in commercial real estate. Physical & On‑Site Marketing Execution
Oversee the firm’s signage program, ensuring timely installation, removal, and brand consistency across all properties. Capture high‑quality photography, drone footage, and Matterport 3D scans for listings, marketing campaigns, and selective community & industry events. Conduct on‑site visits to ensure property marketing materials accurately reflect current conditions. Who You Are
Experienced: 3+ years in graphic design and marketing. Technically Fluent: Proficient with InDesign, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite. Design‑Driven: You maintain exceptionally high visual standards and understand the importance of consistency, and following Brand Guidelines. Market‑Savvy: Familiar with Gainesville’s commercial landscape, submarkets, and growth corridors. Detail‑Oriented: You catch inconsistencies, maintain brand discipline, and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Culture‑Minded: Skilled at managing different personalities, maintaining a positive attitude, and translating business needs into creative direction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of graphic design and marketing experience. Demonstrated experience producing high‑quality marketing collateral and managing digital strategy. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and professionalism. FAA Part 107 drone certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). Why This Role Matters
