Role Description We are seeking a full-time Visual Designer II to join our dynamic team on-site at our Cincinnati, OH location. The role involves creating visually compelling designs aligned with the company’s branding and marketing strategies, designing graphics for both digital and print mediums, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance our visual identity. The ideal candidate will also contribute to web design efforts, ensuring the user interface and experience meet modern design standards while supporting the company’s vision.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and technical expertise.
Experience in Branding, with the ability to develop and maintain consistent design elements across all materials.
Proficiency in Graphics and Web Design, including user interface and user experience considerations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field preferred.
Experience in motion graphics or illustration is a plus.
