Key Responsibilities Proposal Production and Maintenance
Manage full proposal process from intake through submission, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely delivery
Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and bios
Coordinate with Operations Specialist on proposal activity and reporting
Marketing Materials – Maintain, Create and Execute
Create, update, and maintain marketing materials (ads, sell sheets, brochures, promotional items, host Webinars, etc.)
Support updates to website content, articles, bios and internal website marketing materials, and external articles
Assist with industry award submissions and communicate award accolades
Internal Communications & Newsletters
Produce and distribute the monthly internal newsletter
Build and distribute external newsletters and alerts
Assist with firm-wide communications
Social Media & Content Distribution
Post articles and firm content to various social media channels
Partner with management to identify topical content
Event & Operations Support
Support client meetings and firm events, including logistics and materials
Manage branded merchandise inventory and event ticket distribution, track usage and ROI
Assist with cross-functional projects with Marketing and Operations
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in professional service, preferably in public accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and virtual meeting platforms
Experience using design platforms such as Canva or similar tools to develop visually engaging digital and print materials.
Strong written and oral communication skills, able to communicate effectively, proactively and in a professional manner with all levels of the Firm and clients
Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving and judgment
Familiarity with editing and formatting content for internal and external publication, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across teams
Business acumen and discretion

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal salary alignment, market data, and the candidate’s qualifications- including, but not limited to, specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, and relevant degrees or certifications. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, not including discretionary annual bonus and other competitive benefits.
