to oversee all exterior projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless execution.
About The Role The
Production Coordinator
is responsible for
overseeing all active projects
and ensuring that jobs are completed
on time, within budget, and to company standards . This role will
manage and support
project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and roofing crews while optimizing workflows and ensuring top‑tier craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise & Coordinate all projects, including roofing, siding, and gutter projects, among others.
Lead & Support project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractor crews.
Ensure Efficiency in scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
Maintain Quality Standards through regular site visits and inspections.
Resolve Issues by troubleshooting job site challenges and client concerns.
Enhance Communication between sales, operations, and field teams.
Optimize Processes for productivity, cost‑effectiveness, and safety compliance.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
Detail‑oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality control.
Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and project management software.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
