What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Engage with stakeholders to analyze current business processes and gather requirements for Salesforce solutions
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, workflows, and system requirements for low-code/no-code developmentCreate comprehensive documentation including process flows, requirements specifications, and user guides
Deliver user training to ensure effective adoption of the new Salesforce system
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and team members to ensure project alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst, including at least one Salesforce project
Proven proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite
1+ years of experience in delivering user training or creating technical documentation
Must possess a Public Trust or Active Secret clearance
U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Understanding of DoD and federal government security standards and experience supporting ATO processes
Familiarity with Salesforce, including its general functionality and use cases
Salesforce Business Analyst certification, Salesforce Administrator certification, or relevant Trailhead badge attainment
Background in data migration projects
